We charge a flat diagnostic fee, and it is applied toward the repair if you move forward. Before any work begins you get a written, upfront quote. You only pay if you approve it. There are no surprise line items on the invoice.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
Yes. Same-day slots are available most weekdays depending on your appliance and where you are in Macomb County. Book online and pick the earliest open window, or call us for the fastest scheduling.
What appliances do you repair?

Do you install appliances too?
Yes, and we will install what you bought wherever you bought it: Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, an outlet, a marketplace find. We uncrate it, place it, level it, connect power, run a test cycle, and take the packaging with us, for a flat fee quoted before we arrive. Old unit haul-away is available for an extra fee. One thing to know upfront: our installation does not include water line, gas line, or dryer vent connections.
