What we fix
Residential and light-commercial appliances, all major brands. If it is in your kitchen or laundry room, we work on it.

Every appliance in the house. One number to call.
Fridge, range, dishwasher, washer, dryer. We diagnose it before we touch it, quote it once, and fix it in one visit where we can.
How it works
Four steps. No guesswork, no surprises.
Most shops send someone out to poke at it and hope. Here is what actually happens when you call us.
We pre-screen before we roll
You tell us the appliance, the model, and what it is doing. We screen it before the truck leaves, so the likely parts are already on board. That is why most repairs finish in a single trip instead of a diagnosis visit and a return visit.
We diagnose it on site
The technician finds the actual fault on your machine, in your kitchen. Not a guess from the doorway, and not a parts swap to see what sticks.
We verify it with ServiceLens
The diagnosis is checked against ServiceLens, the most complete appliance diagnostic platform there is. It is a built-in second opinion on every job, which is how the technician gets the right diagnosis the first time.
You approve, then we fix it
You get the price before any work starts, and nothing happens until you say yes. If parts need ordering, the technician handles anything else found along the way. You get an emailed invoice link and a PDF explaining exactly what was wrong.
What that gets you
- Pre-screened parts on the truck, so most repairs are one trip
- Completely transparent pricing, before the work starts
- A built-in second opinion on every diagnosis
- Emailed invoice link and a PDF that explains the diagnosis
What it costs
$120diagnostic
$60each extra appliance
The diagnostic is $120. That covers the diagnosis itself: we find the fault, verify it, and explain it. It is a service in its own right, not a deposit, so it is not credited toward the repair. Any additional appliance diagnosed on the same visit is $60. Parts are standard flat rate, and additional labor may apply depending on the job. You see the repair price before any work starts, and you decide.

Most shops swap parts and hope. We do not.
Guesswork is what makes appliance repair expensive. A tech replaces a control board, it does not fix it, and you pay for the board anyway.
Our technicians run your exact model and symptoms through ServiceLens, a diagnostic platform built on a verified corpus of real parts and real error codes. It names the failed component and the OEM part number before we drive out.
So we arrive with the right part, quote you once, and leave.

What we will put in writing.
Anyone can say they are honest. These are the specific things we are on the hook for.
A second opinion on every job
The technician's diagnosis is verified against ServiceLens before we quote you. That check is built into the price, so you are not taking one person's word for what is wrong with your machine.
You see the price first
The diagnostic is $120, and $60 for each extra appliance. It pays for the diagnosis and is not credited toward the repair. We say that here rather than at your door.
One trip, where it is possible
We pre-screen your model before the truck leaves, so the likely parts are already on board. Most repairs finish on the first visit instead of turning into a diagnosis call and a return call.
90 days on parts and labor
If the same fault comes back inside 90 days, so do we, at no charge. And if a repair is not worth it against the price of a new unit, we tell you that instead of selling it to you.

Questions people actually ask
What areas do you serve?
We cover all of Macomb County, Michigan. That includes Warren, Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, Macomb Township, Shelby Township, Roseville, St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, Fraser, Mount Clemens, Chesterfield, New Baltimore, Utica, Harrison Township, Washington Township, Center Line, Richmond, and Romeo. Not sure if you are in range? Call us and we will tell you straight.
How much does a service call cost?
The diagnostic is $120, and $60 for each additional appliance we diagnose on the same visit. To be straight with you: that fee pays for the diagnosis itself and it is not credited toward the repair. You are buying a real answer about what is wrong, verified through ServiceLens, and it stands on its own whether or not you go ahead. If you do go ahead, parts are standard flat rate and additional labor may apply depending on the job. You see the repair price before any work starts and nothing happens until you approve it.
Does the diagnostic fee come off the repair bill?
No, and we would rather say so here than surprise you at the invoice. The $120 buys the diagnosis: finding the fault, verifying it through ServiceLens, and explaining it to you in writing. Plenty of shops fold a cheap 'free' diagnostic into an inflated repair price. We price the two separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for, and so you can take our diagnosis and do whatever you want with it.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
Yes. Same-day slots are available most weekdays depending on your appliance and where you are in Macomb County. Book online and pick the earliest open window, or call us for the fastest scheduling.
What appliances do you repair?
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens and ranges, dishwashers, garbage disposals, freezers, microwaves, and ice makers. We handle residential and light-commercial units.
Do you install appliances too?
Yes, and we will install what you bought wherever you bought it: Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, an outlet, a marketplace find. We uncrate it, place it, level it, connect power, run a test cycle, and take the packaging with us, for a flat fee quoted before we arrive. Old unit haul-away is available for an extra fee. One thing to know upfront: our installation does not include water line, gas line, or dryer vent connections.
Something broken right now?
Tell us the make and the symptom. We will tell you what it is likely to cost before we drive out.
