What areas do you serve?
We cover all of Macomb County, Michigan. That includes Warren, Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, Macomb Township, Shelby Township, Roseville, St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, Fraser, Mount Clemens, Chesterfield, New Baltimore, Utica, Harrison Township, Washington Township, Center Line, Richmond, and Romeo. How much does a service call cost?
The diagnostic is $120, and $60 for each additional appliance we diagnose on the same visit. To be straight with you: that fee pays for the diagnosis itself and it is not credited toward the repair. You are buying a real answer about what is wrong, verified through ServiceLens, and it stands on its own whether or not you go ahead. If you do go ahead, parts are standard flat rate and additional labor may apply depending on the job. You see the repair price before any work starts and nothing happens until you approve it.
Does the diagnostic fee come off the repair bill?
No, and we would rather say so here than surprise you at the invoice. The $120 buys the diagnosis: finding the fault, verifying it through ServiceLens, and explaining it to you in writing. Plenty of shops fold a cheap 'free' diagnostic into an inflated repair price. We price the two separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for, and so you can take our diagnosis and do whatever you want with it.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
Yes. Same-day slots are available most weekdays depending on your appliance and where you are in Macomb County. Book online and pick the earliest open window, or call us for the fastest scheduling.
What appliances do you repair?
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens and ranges, dishwashers, garbage disposals, freezers, microwaves, and ice makers. We handle residential and light-commercial units.
Do you install appliances too?
Yes, and we will install what you bought wherever you bought it: Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, an outlet, a marketplace find. We uncrate it, place it, level it, connect power, run a test cycle, and take the packaging with us, for a flat fee quoted before we arrive. Old unit haul-away is available for an extra fee. One thing to know upfront: our installation does not include water line, gas line, or dryer vent connections.

All 19 major appliance brands, including Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Bosch, Amana, Kenmore, Electrolux, Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Speed Queen, Jenn-Air, Haier, and Fisher & Paykel.
Is your work guaranteed?
Every completed repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue returns inside that window, we come back and make it right at no charge.
What are smart diagnostics?
Most repair shops swap parts and hope. Our technicians run your exact model and symptoms through ServiceLens, a diagnostic platform built on a verified corpus of 4.8 million OEM parts and 2,200 error codes. It names the actual failed component and the OEM part number before we open the machine. That means fewer return visits, fewer wrong parts, and an honest answer on whether the repair is even worth doing.
Will you tell me if a repair is not worth it?
Yes, and we do it often. If the repair cost approaches the price of replacing the unit, we say so and explain why. We would rather lose one job than sell you a repair you should not buy.
