What we do not do
- Water line connections (fridge lines, dishwasher supply, washer hoses)
- Gas line connections
- Dryer vent ducting
- Electrical or plumbing modifications
We would rather tell you this now than after we are standing in your kitchen. If your appliance needs a water, gas, or vent connection, that part belongs to a licensed plumber or mechanical contractor, and we will say so when you call.

Will you install an appliance I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, an outlet store, a marketplace find. We do not care where it came from. Most people who call us have already bought the unit and either got a bad install quote at checkout or a delivery crew that left it in the middle of the kitchen.
How much does installation cost?
A flat fee per appliance, quoted before we arrive. Same promise as our repairs: you know the number first, and you approve it before we start. No hourly meter running while somebody figures it out.
Do you connect water lines, gas, or dryer vents?
No. Our installation is placement: we uncrate it, position it, level it, connect power, run a test cycle, and confirm it works. We do not make water line, gas line, or vent duct connections. If your appliance needs one of those, you will want a licensed plumber or mechanical contractor for that part, and we will tell you so upfront rather than after we are in your kitchen.
Will you take the old one away?
Yes, for an extra fee. Tell us when you book so we arrive with room on the truck.
Do you install in my city?
We install anywhere in Macomb County, same as our repair coverage. That includes Warren, Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, Macomb Township, Shelby Township, Roseville, St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, Mount Clemens and the rest of the county.
