The diagnostic is $120, and $60 for each additional appliance on the same visit. That fee covers the diagnosis itself and is not credited toward the repair. Once we know the actual fault, you get the repair price before any work starts, and nothing happens until you approve it. Parts are standard flat rate and additional labor may apply. If the repair is not worth it against the price of a new freezer, we will tell you that instead of selling you the repair.
